Event highlights:
- Articulate a coherent story about activities and strategies to motivate more girls to be part of the AI community
- Provide an overall synopsis of the key barriers to girls participation in AI in African countries and other developing countries of the world, and strategies for tackling these challenges
- Discuss the involvement of approximately 10 organizations in Africa, and what they have been doing to promote diversity and inclusion, especially in the areas of bridging gender gap in AI in Africa
- Divide into smaller sections to discuss specific micro-topics related to diversity and inclusion in AI, with regards to bridging gender divide in AI globally.
- Hear from the participants regarding their own experience and findings from smaller focus groups.
- Articulate measurable outcomes that will serve as a framework for future directions in AI and gender divide
